Point Tesla is an independent app developed in Australia. The app is available on iOS and Android for a one-time purchase of 99¢ with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising.

Almost nothing. Point Tesla is designed to work entirely on your device without requiring any personal information.
The only data that exists within the app is:
None of this information is transmitted to us, stored on any server, or shared with any third party. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently.
Point Tesla is purchased as a one-time 99¢ payment through the App Store or Google Play. We never see or handle your payment details. All transactions are processed and secured by Apple or Google directly under their own privacy policies.
When you download Point Tesla, Apple and Google collect standard information as part of their platform operations — such as your Apple ID or Google account, device type, and download record. This is governed entirely by their own privacy policies, not ours. We receive only aggregate, anonymised download statistics with no personally identifiable information.
The Point Tesla website (pointspotr.com and pointtesla.com) does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts that collect personal information. We do not run advertising on this site.
Standard web server logs may record your IP address and browser type as part of normal hosting operations. These logs are not used to identify individuals and are not retained beyond 30 days.
Point Tesla is a family game designed to be played by and with children. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, there is nothing to disclose, store, or protect with respect to children's data. The app is safe for all ages.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Australia's Privacy Act 1988.
If we ever change how the app works in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and change the date at the top of this page. We will never introduce data collection without updating this policy first.
Given the nature of the app, we don't anticipate meaningful changes.
Under Australian Privacy Law and the GDPR (for users in the EU), you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since we hold no personal information, there is nothing to access or delete beyond uninstalling the app.
